Broadway Village PAD Updates

March 17, 2011

Subject: C9-11-03 Broadway Village Planned Area Development (PAD)

Dear Neighborhood Association Representative:

A rezoning case has been filed for a property located southwest corner of Broadway Boulevard and Country Club Road.  The PAD proposes rehabilitation and expansion of the commercial site, including preservation of existing historic structures, construction of two additional structures totaling 10,000 square feet of additional commercial/office space, redesign of parking, landscaping and pedestrian facilities, on 3.7 acres.

If you need additional information, please contact John Beall (837-6966), or me at 837-4955.  A Zoning Examiner's public hearing is scheduled for April 7, 2011, at 7:30 P.M. in the Mayor and Council Chambers, 255 West Alameda.  The file is available for review during regular business hours at the Department of Planning and Development Services, 201 North Stone, 2nd Floor, or at http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd. Click the "Rezoning & Special Exceptions" button in the blue column and click on C9-11-03 Broadway Village PAD.

Sincerely,

Take a look at the conceptual site plan here. Note that the red areas are pedestrian crossings/areas (it looks like Eastbourne and Manchester are closed off, but this is not the case...the red stripes are just pedestrian crossings.)  206k v. 2 May 10, 2010, 10:03 PM Webly Manager
